Linh Nguyen

I’m a qualitative UX researcher with more than 2 years of experience working in E-commerce. Using the same fundamental methods of UX research, I can tackle different sets of problems.
At the core, I’d like to introduce myself as a good listener. I love to play therapist at my job sometimes and master the art of asking questions.

Conducting data
During neuroscience research, I was responsible for data analysis through data entry and observations.
User-centric approach
The knowledge gap between scientists and non-scientists inspired me to come up with a way to introduce complex neuroscience topics to non-scientists. I redesigned the neuro-pathways model to help professors and researchers better understand the research results and come up with future approaches.
Besides my 9-5, I like to get away from the computer as much as I can. You can catch me playing volleyball every week (I’m a libero so that tells you how tall I am ^^). I also like to do things with my hands like learning latte art or handcrafting my own stationery.
This might be good to know if you consider me as your future colleague - I have a problem with spending a ridiculous amount of $$$ on local coffee shops just for the aesthetics. So you can trust me to take you to work at cute coffee shops for the vibes.
